To be clear, CIVITAS is not a buying group. Those have existed for years, and we recommend that all dealers join such a group based on their needs and the group’s services. CIVITAS is different. We don’t invest time and resources on member recruiting, conventions, or vendor relations. Our mission since 1996 has been to help individuals and companies prosper by improving their customers' experiences.
Our marketing strategies are media and channel agnostic and favor the options that work best for a particular dealer, with their consumers, in their market, whether digital or traditional. Our focus is simply on helping a small group consisting of dozens of exceptional dealers do more business and do better business more cost effectively. Due to previous contractural obligations, CIVITAS will be available to new members beginning Jan 1, 2025.
